Shipping Policy for myTouchLine

Order Processing Times

Orders for digital products are processed immediately. Customers will be notified by email of their download link.

Orders for physical products are handled by our third-party providers and are usually processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options for physical products to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after processing.

  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery after processing (if available).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location. Free standard shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount—details will be provided at checkout.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions based on destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.
